Customer Service Advisor

Job Description:
High paced environment with handling of large volume of phone calls on a daily basis. Applicant must excel in communications skills, typing skills, and ability to multitask.
Job Duties:
Scheduling service appointments, update customers on vehicle status via phone/text/email, perform daily follow up calls to service customers to ensure they received excellent service, contact customers who have parts on order to schedule appointments. The individual will coordinate and work closely with Service Director and Service Advisors.
Job Requirements:
Excellent customer phone/receptionist skills. Excellent typing skills and basic computer experience. Basic automotive knowledge is helpful, but not required. Willingness to work as a team with others.

Automotive Parts Specialist

Day to day responsibilities include; assisting customers via phone and in store, stocking in parts, inventory of parts, placing orders, contacting customers when parts arrive, assisting technicians with ordering of parts. Basic automotive knowledge a plus. Computer and typing skills a must. No weekends, Monday through Friday work schedule.
